· Making of RF Connector and Jumper.
· VSWR Measurement
· Must be able to climb towers and work under pressure
· Must be proficient in the use of Compass, GPS, Range Finder etc.
2. Technician

Job Description:
· Candidate should be FARM TOCLI certified
· Commissioning & integration of BTS (Indoor/Outdoor).
· Commissioning of MW Unit with proper cross connections.
· Microwave links and proper cross connections & Software Uploading
· Measurement of VSWR & Power Measurement & Rectification of V S W R.
· Site Quality, Alarm testing & fault rectification.
· Acceptance Test (AT) of BTS and Microwave sits from Customer.
· Dismantle of site (removed of different connections from FIU &MW (0.3, 0.6, 1.2 & 1.8m).
3. TELECOM ENGINEER
Division: Technical

Job Description:
· Candidate should be FARM TOCLI certified
· GSM/GPRS/EDGE/3G/CDMA 1X and new sites and/or Swap Network rollout
· Frequency Planning, Swap strategy, Optimization, Drive test, etc. Parameter configuration checks.
· Schedule Testing / Define Drive test Teams.Top X sites/cells monitoring (Drop Call, Congestion, Handover).
· Review RF Parameters of Cell Sites. Capture Drive Test Data & Post Processing.
· Fine tuning of algorithms to obtain optimum settings. Power control, Handover parameters settings,
· Handover parameters settings, LAC settings etc. Tracking the progress of RF optimization.
· Resolving the differences between the planned data & the implemented data.
· Responsible for the Database Parameters-BCCH, BSIC, Neighbour Planning.
· Resolution and investigation of radio related customer complaints.
· Good communication skill & can work in under pressure.
4. DT ENGINEER
Division: UPE, Bihar & Jharkhnd
Location: India
Total Experience:1-2 yrs

Job Description:
· Candidate should be FARM TOCLI certified
· Candidate must have Experienced on LTE
· SM/GPRS/EDGE/3G/CDMA 1X and new sites or Swap Network rollout, cluster drive test.
· To analyze the Network, which involves analysis of Rx Quality, Rx Level, etc.
· Excellent in the fundamentals of WCDMA / HSPA and GSM systems.
· Identify problematic areas and inform the DT Co-ordinator.
· CW/data drive test.
· To analyze RF drive test data to evaluate network performance - track TCH Drop & other call-related problems.
· Resolution and investigation of radio related customer complaints.
· Prepare Pre-Drive and Post-Drive test reports with KPI, Problem cause and recommendation solutions.
